Refund policy

Refunds and Exchange policy lasts days. If days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.  

To be eligible for a exchange or refund , your item must be unworn and unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are EXEMPT  from being returned such as  white items, bodysuits, and swim wear.

-Exchanges 
To complete your return, we require a order number and the item number of the item you will be returning. Please contact us as soon as possible requesting a item hold with the size. We will only hold items for 5 days.

 Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then the item you requested to hold will be will be processed, and your item will be shipped out. 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note all inventory has been checked thoroughly. We will not send out damage items. If this does happen we will only issue a refund if that item is damaged due to our company and is out of stock. If that item is in stock we will issue you a new one.

Local Pickup

Emails are sent out once your order is ready. You have 7 days to make arrangements to get your package. After 7 days your package will go back into inventory NO REFUNDS!!! I can not keep packages!!!
